The name KORE comes from "core": the body's centre of strength and stability. Imtiaz designed the project around three pillars.

What is the price of KORE?
Imtiaz has not published an official price list online yet. Figures on property portals do not come from the developer. Leave your details and we will send you the official price list and payment plan as soon as we have them.
What makes KORE different?

Which unit types are available?

What is the payment plan?
The official payment plan comes with the price list. We send it within 24h with the detailed schedule.
When is handover?
The developer will set the completion date in the Sale and Purchase Agreement. Ask us for the latest factsheet.
Can foreigners buy at KORE?
Yes. Dubailand is a freehold area open to all nationalities, and the purchase can be done entirely remotely with Cevitas.
