What is the payment plan?

Which amenities are in the residence?
Aldar lists 14 amenities: art studio, family lounge, infinity pool, kids' and teens' lounges, brewing lounge, theatre, splash pad, co-working, spa, yoga & Pilates room, multipurpose studio, reading nook and play areas. The podium also has retail, a nursery and a clinic.
What is The Wilds community?

Can foreigners buy?
Yes. The Wilds Residences is sold freehold to all nationalities, and the purchase can be completed entirely remotely.
Can I get the Golden Visa?
The 10-year Golden Visa is available from AED 2M of property investment. The 2 and 3-bedroom homes at The Wilds Residences, with DLD median prices above AED 2.7M, are above this threshold. Conditions are checked at the time of application.
Which fees are added to the price?
A 4% Dubai Land Department fee plus fixed registration fees. No buyer commission with Cevitas: we are paid by the developer.
What rent can I expect?
In Wadi Al Safa 3 the median rent of new Ejari leases was AED 65,000 a year for a 1-bedroom, AED 90,000 for a 2-bedroom and AED 130,000 for a 3-bedroom (October 2025 to October 2026). A new Aldar building usually rents at the top of the market, with no guarantee.

Can I choose the interior?
Aldar offers two finishing palettes, light or dark, subject to the unit's availability.
How do I book from abroad?
We send you the brochure, you choose the unit on a video call, pay the deposit to the developer and sign the contract electronically. Oqood registration with the DLD follows, with no trip required.
